A: The HID Single Beam kits work off of the your low beam switch position, which emits that High Intensity Discharge beam whenever your headlights are on. The Bi-Xenon HID Kit uses a slightly different bulb that uses a bulb actuator to give both high and low beam functionality with just a single bulb. Both kits will make a huge difference to your lighting and both come with lifetime warranties. Q: What does the 35 watt mean? What do stock headlight bulbs run at? A: Stock headlights run at 55 watt, these run at 35 watt, the measurement of their energy consumption. Don't let that number deceive you, as the stock headlight bulb at 55w puts out around 1000 lumens. Our HID Conversion Kit bulbs at 35w put out well over three times that amount, about 3300 lumens. Q: Which color is right for me? A: That's up to you. Our most popular kits are the 5000k and 6000k, but we've also had some match their headlight color with their car color. Take at the chart below and see what suits you best. ![]() | (858) 527-2917 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST |
